Manifestation is the ability to make things happen. This is the simple explanation, of course; however, it is one we can relate to and work with. We all have some degree of the power of manifestation. We can tap into the powers we already have. We have the ability to work at harnessing this power and becoming more proficient at doing it.
Some websites suggest that there are foods you can eat to help tap into your ownmanifestation powers. Commonly known as brain foods, there are certain fatty acids and proteins that can make the brain stronger and help you develop a more attuned mind. Not all experts agree with dietary contributions, but since the foods that are healthy are the ones that feed the brain, you can err on the side of probability.
Let’s say, for example, that you’re sick. Perhaps you’ve been told that your body is sick because it’s ‘all in your mind,’or at least that your mind is as much responsible for your illness as your body is. And maybe you even believe this and decide, for example, that you’re going to get over your cold before that party you want to go to. Did it work? Or, for example, if someone has said to you that you should focus on you want and that you’ll get it, have you done so? And, did you get what you wanted? Chances are, you’ve had that happen you at least a couple of times, and that is indeed you harnessing your own powers of manifestation. Because again, the fact is, we all have intuitive powers, and we all tap into them and use them at least to some extent on a regular basis. Why do we fail to use them and all of the benefits they can provide us on a regular basis, then? Because our minds are so busy processing a lot of useless information.
In essence, you have to ‘feed your mind.’The information you give it to process and focus on is going to help determine what your life is going to be like. If we are always stuck in little, inconsequential details that have nothing to do with our larger purpose, it’s less likely that we’re going to be able to manifest what we want.
Let’s say, for example, that you’re addicted to video games. How much time do you have to spend on what you really want to do and what you want your larger life purpose to be, or on what you want your life to be like, if you’re always playing video games? And by contrast, if you spend your time focusing on what you really want to do with your life — including thinking about it, researching and finding resources for it, and focusing on how alive you feel when you are ‘tapped into’your life’s purpose, how much different do you think things are going to be? Once you become aware of this skill, the more likely you are to be able to focus on it and enhance it. And the more you can focus on it and enhance it, the more likely you are to be able to use its power to get what you want. A as you continue to work with it, you’ll develop it to a greater and greater degree.
So take some time, first, to learn to clear your mind of all that internal chatter and nonsense that takes up so much of your attention, needlessly. This is going to take some time, so don’t expect it to happen overnight. The ability to manifest is like anything else, a talent that needs to be developed. In fact, it takes a dedicated effort to truly develop it to its fullest potential, such that you may even eventually want to call it a lifestyle.
It takes time to clear your mind and tap into your natural internal resources. You cannot just try it for one day and then call it failure if you do not manifest a great job for yourself by the next day. It does not work that way. You need to make a committed effort; you need to incorporate it into your lifestyle.
Being able to tap into our own mind and grab our own senses becomes a lifestyle, not just the occasional endeavor. We are all able to develop our mind the way we want to but it does require a certain amount of chronic discipline. If it was an overnight process, we would all be able to think our life into a better place.
